Swimmer Levels 1-9

The 9-level Swimmer Program is designed to ensure your child gains the knowledge they need to confidently swim on their own.  Children are typically 5 years or older when they begin this program, or they must complete all of the preschool levels prior to starting the Swimmer Level program.

Swimmer Levels 1-6 focus primarily on developing different strokes whereas Swimmer Levels 7-9 or the Swim Patrol Program heavily focuses on perfecting swim strokes and providing adequate skills that prepare students for success in the Society's Bronze medal awards.  The levels are as follows: Swimmer 1, Swimmer 2, Swimmer 3, Swimmer 4, Swimmer 5, Swimmer 6, Swimmer 7/ROOKIE PATROL, Swimmer 8/RANGER PATROL, and Swimmer 9/STAR PATROL.

Preschool Levels

The Preschool Level program is designed to allow your child to receive a head start on learning how to swim.  This program is broken up into five levels, Preschool 1, Preschool 2, Preschool 3, Preschool 4 and Preschool 5.  Our main goal is to ensure that 3-5-year-olds are becoming more comfortable in the water, while also having fun and obtaining a solid foundation of water skills. Parent and Tot

The Parent and Tot program is broken up into three levels, Parent and Tot 1 (for infants 4-12 months old), Parent and Tot 2 (for infants 12-24 months old) and Parent and Tot 3 (for infants 2-3 years old).  Each level is designed to introduce your child to skills in the water as well as spend quality time with them while having fun. Through structured in-water interaction between parent and child, we stress the importance of play in developing water-positive attitudes and skills.  It is not mandatory for the parent to come into the water, however, you can choose what you are most comfortable with.
